We'll ship your order right away if we have stock. Purchases for delivery in the UK or mainland Europe will normally be delivered to you within 7-10 working days of the date of your order.

For other deliveries we will aim to have your purchases delivered to you within 14 working days of the date of your order but times may vary.

VAT is added to shipping costs where applicable.

Deliveries will usually be made by Royal Mail 'Signed For', DHL Express, ParcelForce or other courier service.

Heavy items may be subject to additional charge. Heavy Items are noted in the item description and at Checkout. We also reserve the right to add an additional charge where the total weight of the order is over 10kg.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over £50.00 excluding VAT
• Cost £5.99 per delivery address for orders under £50.00
   
• Please allow 7-10 working days from the date of your order but we try to ship when possible in one to two days

Express Delivery

• Cost £9.99 per delivery address in addition to applicable Standard Delivery Charges
• Please allow 3 working days from the date of your order for orders received before 4:00pm(orders placed after 4:00pm will be shipped the next day and received within 3 working days from date of shipping)
• Heavy Items may be subject to additional charges

Heavy Item Delivery

• Add £10 to the cost of shipping for Heavy Items. Heavy Items are noted with the product description.

Overseas Delivery

Add £10 to the cost of shipping for Heavy Items. Heavy Items are noted in the description and at checkout.  Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern areas of Scotland and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles) shipping is charged based on actual cost and may vary from calculated shipping charges shown online and in automated emails confirming receipt of your order. We will confirm costs when we send you notification of acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.
