Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop or our catalogue and when you see an item that you wish to purchase, click "Buy It" to put it in your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order (see Security of Your Information for more information about how we safeguard your privacy).
All credit card transactions are processed via a secure server to safeguard your details (see Credit Card Security for more information about how we safeguard your privacy).
If you prefer to place your order by post or fax, complete the order form and print it. Send it, with your cheque, made payable to "thetotalbabyshop", or credit card details to the addresses below. Make sure you write your credit card details including name, full address of the card holder and security number. The security number is the three number at the end of the number on the back of your card; for American Express cards use the four digit number on the front of the card. and posting, faxing or emailing it to us at one of the following addresses:

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Amex. All transactions are in charged pounds sterling (£). Cheques should be made payable to "thetotalbabyshop".
We will not charge your credit card for any item until it is ready for shipment.
