If, for any reason at all, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase return it to the address below within 14 days of the date of dispatch, with your receipt, products must be in original undamaged condition and include full undamaged packaging for a refund of the purchase price you paid. less the cost of postage

Breastpumps , feeding bottles, Tens machines, teats, nappies, mattresses, opened software, personal items, books, toiletries can be returned within 14 days but only if they are faulty. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please:
 
1. Complete the Returns Form which is on the reverse side of your invoice.
2. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
3. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Pack the Items safely as you are responsible for items damaged in transit enclose a printed copy of the invoice we originaly you and send it back to:
